Le Locle, NE, Switzerland

Partial Sale & Leaseback with Migros Neuchâtel-Fribourg in Le Locle

At the beginning of September 2024 Paragon purchased a building from Migros Neuchâtel-Fribourg in the center of Le Locle, in the heart of watchmaking industry. This property of nearly 4,800 m2 of rental space will be completely renovated.

This partial “sale & leaseback” operation involves close collaboration with Migros Neuchâtel-Fribourg. The cooperative society keeps the entire ground floor for its food store and has signed a long-term lease with us.  Paragon is responsible for upgrading the 2,000 m2 first floor and finding tenants. Paragon hopes to help revitalize the city center and give a second life to this property.
