10’000m2 newly refurbished light-industrial building
At the end of 2019, Paragon purchased an industrial building of approximately 10’000m2 in Bex in the canton of Vaud that was in a significant state of disrepair. This property is located in the immediate vicinity of the freeway exit and the Bex train station.
Paragon carried out a complete renovation of the building, which enabled it to attract high-quality tenants such as the Canton de Vaud, the Rossignol Group, a restaurant, a fitness center and medical centers with a WALT of 15 years +.
Paragon successfully renovated this property and transformed it from a crumbling industrial site into a new center of life for the local community.
