Paragon is currently building a storage building with 13 flexible “boxes”, in the artisanal area of Chavannes-de-Bogis, right at the highway exit of Coppet/Divonne.
The construction is scheduled to complete in the summer of 2023; the surfaces will be available for rent as of October 2023.
Each lot measures 128 m2 on two levels, 68 m2 on the ground floor of approximately and 60 m2 upstairs, accessible by an internal staircase. The ceiling height of the ground floor is 4.5 m and 2.7 m on the 1st floor. Access is by automatic sectional door of 4.00m x 4.00m.
