Residential Development in Geneva

Chambésy, GE, Switzerland

22 high-quality apartments on the outskirts of Geneva

Paragon has secured one of the largest remaining parcels in Zone 5 in the canton of Geneva in the commune of Pregny-Chambesy. The plot measures 8’178m2 and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Chambésy Sports Center, the Foretaille Woods and the future Lombard Odier Bank campus. This is an ideal location for a development offering a natural environment without any nuisance near all the usual amenities (shops, restaurants, schools), less than 15 minutes from the Nations district and downtown Geneva.

In collaboration with the Swissroc Group and the Architecture Jucker office, the permit was filed in January 2022. Paragon plans to sell 22 apartments by 2025.
