Sale & Leaseback with Geneux Dancet SA

Paragon has acquired a plot in the heart of the ZIMEYSA in the commune of Meyrin, Geneva. This location offers proximity to the airport and the highway, with zoning plans in place to densify the area. The plot measures 3’905m2, with a 2’520m2 administrative and storage building. The building is occupied by Geneux Dancet SA, a leading waterproofing and roofing company in French-speaking Switzerland, established in 1854. Paragon has signed a 20-year lease “sale and lease-back agreement” with Geneux Dancet SA. The neighboring plots are the former Bacardi administrative center and the Roberto pasta factory, two buildings that Paragon acquired in the past, demonstrating our experience in the region.
