Residential Redevelopment in Canada

Montreal, Canada

1’700m2 building renovation project in the Plateau Mont Royal

Paragon continues its expansion into Canada. In the mid-20th century, the asset was converted from a synagogue to a 47-unit residential property that has not been renovated in 30 years.

The renovations will bring the property up to current CMHC energetic and efficiency standards, allowing the project to be government-backed. Given the building’s location and current mismanagement, this project represents an excellent redevelopment opportunity. Paragon will collaborate with local partners who provide local expertise and experience.
