3 luxury chalet build project
The idea of the venture took root thanks to the popularity of the 4 Valley Resort, Verbier, in Switzerland’s Valais Region. Nendaz, which shares the same ski domain as Verbier, still offered some land parcels at well below the prices being obtained on the other side of the Mont-Fort.
Luxury chalets were selling for over CHF 15’000/Square Meter in Verbier and land was rare and extremely expensive. Paragon purchased one of the last available plots in Rairettes, Nendaz at a fair price, and developed 3 luxury chalets that were sold on-plan to British clients.
Unfortunately this lucrative activity was short lived due to a legislative restriction adopted by the local authorities limiting the sale of chalets to foreigners. The chalets are true works of art and are a great source of inspiration to Paragon SA.
