What is a Paragon Story? At Paragon, we strive for variety in our projects, whether they involve Sale & Lease-back partnerships, Value-Add investments or Private Equity. Today, we are pleased to encapsulate some of these stories in a series of short videos.

In our second edition, we present the “Agenhor” project in 2 parts: Paragon worked with the watchmaker Agenhor SA on a Sale & Lease-back of their building. We became the owner of their property and therefore allowed Agenhor to generate liquidity quickly, without interfering with the design of their watch movements. A true win-win for everyone!
