In Bex, this building was once written off as an urban eyesore. Today, it’s been completely transformed. Acquired and fully renovated by Paragon, it has truly become a butterfly: a vibrant, functional space that feels like it was always meant to be there.
What’s emerged is a coherent ecosystem of complementary uses: health, fitness, and speciality retail, built in close collaboration with tenants, designed around their needs, and set up for the long run.
All of this is underpinned by the disciplined financial management and close partnerships that define how Paragon operates.
