32-unit residential project close to the Swiss border

Paragon has secured adjacent land parcels ideally located in Divonne, France, on the Swiss border between Geneva and Lausanne. 

This is a unique opportunity as it is more and more difficult to find well located downtown parcels at reasonable valuations.  Since the communes require more social housing and less densification than in the past, it is tricky to find a sound opportunity in Divonne.

In collaboration with the developer EDIFIM and the architects of OCUBE, Paragon obtained the building permit for 32 apartments in Divonne-les-Bains. The delivery was in March 2023. Here is the link for more information.
