All the partners are personally co-investing in the transaction and see an opportunity for repositioning while making concrete improvements for the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color\">Our project will feature an ambitious renovation program going beyond bricks and mortar: we want to create a place where residents will genuinely enjoy coming, more than just passing through out of convenience.
