Nendaz, which shares the same ski domain as Verbier, still offered some land parcels at well below the prices being obtained on the other side of the Mont-Fort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6a6b75\">Luxury chalets were selling for over CHF 15&#8217;000\/Square Meter in Verbier and land was rare and extremely expensive. Paragon purchased one of the last available plots in Rairettes, Nendaz at a fair price, and developed 3 luxury chalets that were sold on-plan to British clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6a6b75\">Unfortunately this lucrative activity was short lived due to a legislative restriction adopted by the local authorities limiting the sale of chalets to foreigners.
