Today, it&#8217;s been completely transformed. Acquired and fully renovated by Paragon, it has truly become a butterfly: a vibrant, functional space that feels like it was always meant to be there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">What&#8217;s emerged is a coherent ecosystem of complementary uses: health, fitness, and speciality retail, built in close collaboration with tenants, designed around their needs, and set up for the long run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">All of this is underpinned by the disciplined financial management and close partnerships that define how Paragon operates.
