The construction has been completed in the summer of 2023; the surfaces has been availabled for rent as of October 2023.
Each lot measures 128 m2 on two levels, 68 m2 on the ground floor of approximately and 60 m2 upstairs, accessible by an internal staircase. The ceiling height of the ground floor is 4.5 m and 2.7 m on the 1st floor. Access is by automatic sectional door of 4.00m x 4.00m.
